CANCELLATION POLICY

Hey there, beautiful! At hair by nikky, I truly value your time and appreciate you trusting me with your hair and beauty needs. To keep things running smoothly and ensure the best experience for all my amazing clients, I have a few simple policies in place: 1. Cancellations & Rescheduling • Life happens, and I totally get it! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give me at least 24 hours’ notice. • Cancellations made within less than 48 hours may be subject to a 50% charge of the scheduled service. 2. No-Show Policy • If you don’t show up for your appointment without letting me know, you may be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost. Please respect my time as I do yours! 3. Late Arrivals • Running a little behind? No worries! But if you’re more than 15 minutes late, I may need to reschedule, and a cancellation fee may apply. 4. Deposits • For certain services (like color& extensions, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot. This deposit goes toward your service but will be forfeited if you cancel within the 48-hour window. 5. Emergency Situations • I understand that unexpected things happen! If you have an emergency, just reach out, and I’ll do my best to accommodate you. By booking an appointment, you agree to these policies.
